Kudos to the great service received from Leonal the bartender ~ delicious Caiprinha with the crispy langostine pre-dinner, all dinner orders delivered with discretion and service with a smile, a warm welcome from Mercedes, Agustina, thanks to the boys and gals for a cheery, efficient breakfast time ~ attentive, prompt table set-up AND back-of-the-house for the food quality, mucha gracias!

A new hotel so everything was in pristine shape. The car elevator was an interesting experience. Very nice restaurant on site.

Wonderful new hotel, well-trained staff, great installations. Perfect! What Neuquen has been lacking for a long time.
